The "Professor" Roy Hinkley.......RIP
« on: January 16, 2014, 02:45:11 PM »
For those of us that grew up with the classic shows like Gilligan's Island this is sad news. One of my favorite shows as a kid, very sad to hear "The Professor" passed away.

Only Ginger and Mary Ann left, they were my favorites. ;)

I believe I seen him in a few western movies too.  Amazing he could figure out just about everything except how to get them off the island. Hate to change the subject off of Roy, but as the age old question asks...Ginger or Maryann?  I vote for the woman from Kansas.

I have seen him at the grocery store on occasion.
I have found it kind of ironic that he would retire to an island.
