Sent it to Foxpro, memory card quit, fixed it free. I love these guys.

That's good to know.  My Scorpion is still working.  That Micro SD card is supposed to be removeable--but with my luck I'd break it, so I ain't touching it!

four days  each way shipping, one day at the factory.  I called them before I sent it, they gave me a work order number, and emailed a form. They sent me an email when they got it, called me asked me if they could do anything else. shipped it the next day and sent me an email  with tracking number etc.  NO CHARGE!

That great service. Now if they could put about 50 more desibels in the the little guy. Biggest disapointment with mine. Love the size tho.

You can get an auxiliary speaker if you need more decibels.  I have one for mine but rarely use it.  Unless it's a windy day, you don't need it!  :twocents:

I've never had nothing but top notch service when dealing with Foxpro.   It seems to be rare these days but they stand by their product!
