If you're thinking of making a profit I would say at least $300. Most of the plates you see now are just finished wood of varying grades but nothing that unique; plus the finish you put on that is way above anything I've seen on the market now. Great job!

That's really cool. Also looks like an awful lot of hours. Price? Don't sell yourself short.

I've been around and seen a lot of antler mounts.  That's the first one I've seen with wood covering the skull plate.  Looks great.  I can guarantee you're going to have a few copycats.  Price should be whatever you feel is fair; plus a little more cause you earned it!

looks awesome, and should definitley be something you could sell for a profit.  for my own personal tastes id like a natural brown leather accent instead of the black, and with brass tacks, but thats just me

How many hours start to finish on one piece?

I'd set an hourly price and then look to get 4x cost + hourly per piece.

4x cost of materials and then 10-15 hours at the hourly rate for your labor.  So if you set it at 25.00/hour and the costs are 30.00 then it would be 250+120=370.00 at minimum I'd think.

If you can mass produce them or lower your hourly make you could lower the costs to around 300.00.

Is it integrated to hang on the wall so you effectively have a 'bring skullcap here and hang on the wall" piece?

No but that would be pretty easy to do, on this set I didnt want the wood to have to bear the weight of the horns (17#s) so I built a bracket so all the weight goes to the skull
