 This is probably a better pic o the moose antlers. I have found 5 moose sheds this year.

I traveled about 1 1/2 miles that day but that was conservative for most moose shed outings. Usually do 2-3 miles each outing. I was wading thigh deep snow that day fortunately it was melting and rather soft so it wasn't bad going. Just got kinda wet. Usually I'm trucking on snowshoes that time of year on waist deep snow. For now they are living room ornaments. My wife just loves them. Can't have enough moose anters she tells me and I agree.

So far I have 3 paddles that score in the mid 50" range.

A couple of friends and I were snowmobiling in the Clearwater a couple of years ago looking for lion tracks and came around a corner and found a huge shed still dripping blood.  Searched and search but could not find the other side.
