snake chaps
« on: January 31, 2014, 09:16:59 PM »
What does everyone have as far as snake chaps go? I am looking at buying a pair after my tax refund comes back.  I am planning on muzzy hunting next year and If I draw the area that I want to get drawn for, I will need them.

I would hate to hunt in them.

My kids and I all have the cabelas version. Heavy and hot, not fun to hunt in, but kept Momma happy.

Forgot to add, we wear them for grouse hunting and shed hunting in a couple of drainages we hunt that have snakes, not word during a deer hunt. They are a bit noisy.
