Migratry report

Tried to submit it today and it said nothing to report at this time, what gives? Is it after the last day of the season?

I did that the last season and said same thing then went to get tagged up for 2013 & they charged me $10 for not reporting!!! I am so fed up with WDFW it ain't even funny!!!
