In theory, you should be able to center both sights and it will all work out. If you move the front sight to the right and the rear sight to the left it will all even out.

Can you drift the front sight or is it a fixed ramp?

One Shot Firearms in Wenatchee has a Puma 38/357.  Don't recall the price....
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"

Foot of Orondo St.  Just before you cross the RR tracks.  Upstairs in the Badger Mountain Brewing building.  Smaller shop, and right now only open Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

I had that same thought but want to check things out with the laser first.

A visualization of the front sight to the left and the rear sight to the right indicates to me that the sights should be aiming to the left of the bore.     I find it hard in this day and age that a barrel could be made with the bore off center.  That would mess with chambering and installing the fore end.

Also the Moses Lake Big 5 had two .44's and one .357 back when I posted about buying this one.
