GoPro on the dog-success!
« on: January 21, 2014, 08:12:38 PM »
I've had a few folks as me about GoPro dog video...  Hunting partner and I got a nice little double to finish out our hunt, and this time I had enough battery left to get video of the dog working.  Hope you enjoy.

Very cool. I noticed that your dog delivered before shaking. Nice. I train my labs to do the same. Fun working a good dog. I enjoy it about as much as shooting the birds.

Do you have a picture of how you mounted it on the dog? I wanted to do this last year but I couldn't figure out a good way to mount it. I think the chest mount would almost fit my dog but I have not tried it.

I use the SUGAR collar mount, but it will not work for all dogs. My hunting partner's dog absolutely hates it, and will not stop shaking until it is off... it is nice because I can quickly put it on, and send the dog, where the other dog mounts are more of a contraption-one of my buddies has an REI mount for his dog, and this one looks like a good one as well:  http://www.kurgostore.com/dog-harnesses/tru-fit-smart-harness-with-camera-mount/
