It does look better without the laser.
Anyone that thinks a Glock is better than a 1911 paints his toenails.

BH, I don't think you have grasped the concept of compact Weedhopper!
Having a 3.5 to 4.0 " Sub-compact (because concealing my Sig  "Scorpion" in shorts and a T-Shirt, I can't) then adding a 5" D!ck I mean suppressor, might just kinda defeat the purpose of the term Sub-Compact,
 :chuckle:

Wait! Sitka now sells Shammy's   :yike:
Dang, now the price of Shammy's are going to sky rocket way above their worth, just like hiking clothes did, why :dunno:

Because they made them in godawful versions of camo colors!

 :hello:

They only call it r51 because "etronix" was taken. ....Although they won't admit that.

It was the Shammy's that did it to me, SACRILEGE!

LOL

How does the Remington compare in size to the XD-S?
In the first pic it looks like it has a grip safety, but cant see it in the 2nd pic?

I have one on order but have not handled one. I like all sorts of handguns and I like Remington. I never posted with the intent to compare the R51 to anything or to make it out to be the "End all" of the handgun world. Heck, I even own a Savage 110 and Rossi .357 Magnum. I hide on the back roads and shoot them in the deepest sage brush so as not to be seen with such riff raff. ;) but I refuse to whore myself out to Tikka. >:(

A couple years ago, I was given a 10 year old Stevens single shot breach, in 12 guage, never been fired for free! Probably the cheapest shotgun known to man. Still have not shot it.
I just think it looks cool, up on the wall with the breach open,   :dunno:

Compact nines been done six ways to sunday. A little late for big green. Dont see this one taking off..
 :dunno:
:yeah: I think it feels cheep and the trigger was similar to a hi-point.

When I played with it, my thoughts were "this is what would happen if a Hi-point and a Kel-tec had a baby".   But that's just my perverted mind at work. :)
