Anybody ID this rifle? Any value?
One of my techs is being offered it in payment for a side job.
Thanks for the help.

I searched BSA C2 1918 and i think it's an enfeld British 303, I found one on an auction site that sold for like $100, so I don't think it's worth a lot.

Looks to be an SMLE MK III British Enfield that has been sporterized.
It takes a 10 round mag, that if is missing detracts even more from the value.
$100.00-$150.00 less if no mag. Also they are notorious for head space issues.

Mark 1 #1 British. Lee-Enfield cal .303 WW l (AKA SMLE MK III) been sporterized to no end made by BSA Birmingham Small Arms they also made BSA motorcycles in the 70s. It also looks like it has a magazine cut off, that allows you to single round shoot it and when them Krauts were over the hill you could open up the 10 round magazine.
The $100 -$150 is about right, I may have a mag if needed.

Looks like an Enfield 303 to me too! Some parts missing, flashshield, clip, etc. Important part is most enfield parts all have serial numbers on them. If they all have the same serial, the value goes up..
