Where's the best place to find Walleye and how do you fish for them?
That's my one shot.

Pretty broad question. Tons of lakes in E. Wa. and the Columbia River from the Canadian border down to the Willamette River. Most are caught trolling a worm harness/bottom walker or vertical jigging with with a jig tipped with a nightcrawler or a blade bait. When the water is warmer you can catch them casting or trolling plugs as well. Right now the water is cold so slow presentations like jigging or worm harness put right in their lap is whats needed. Where do you plan to fish and when?

The best place is the Big C and the way to do it is with jigs, trolling gear, and maybe some blade baits.

This time of year I'd start thinking trib's to big water.  Especially Spokane arm of Roosevelt.  North end of banks is good early, about mid-May the south end turns on big-time.  Potholes is a good early spring fishery too.  Lotsa of walleye to catch out there, they can be really tough at times - dont get discouraged. Rippers website has some great info - check it out.  If youre still having trouble hooking up by late spring let me know and we'll get you squared away.
