So a co-worker of mine just told me that she scared some wolves out of here yard about 3 years ago. One was collared (out of three), and since then they have seen and heard them over the years. How probable is this? I am skeptical!

Very, very doubtful. Another thing is hwy 9 isn't real close to Alger. Could you're friend have meant to say Acme? There was a rumor on here a couple years ago about Acme. I would be a skeptic until we start getting them on cams.

Quite possible. I saw 4 wolves 2 miles outside of Sedro Woolley 10 years ago following the elk herd. I know they were wolves because thier tracks were bigger than my brothers mastif's AND i saw a real coyote to compare them to 90 seconds after i saw the 4 wolves. Put up a camera.

In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.
