THIS IS "WALTER"....A BUCK I'VE BEEN HUNTING FOR 3 SEASONS NOW. I HAVE A HALF DOZEN PHOTOS OF HIM OVER THE LAST 3 YEARS....WATCHING HIM MATURE AND GET BIGGER EACH YEAR........LIKE "WALTER" THE FISH IN "GRUMPY OLD MEN", HE IS A WORTHY OPPONENT!

I hope to have some more pictures of him this year.....I haven't checked as of yet. Tomorrow I'll go up and see. My rifle season is over......next year will be interesting to see how he progresses. I've got pictures of this same buck from the last two years.....this is the 3rd year I've been hunting him. I've let lesser bucks go by this year saving my tag for him....but it just didn't work out. This is the only time I've ever gotten a day light picture of him. I did see him at 4:30 in the afternoon on July 3rd this year in velvet.....and he was impressive.
