I'm interested in going.  I'm not a member, so would I get the  $75.00 SINGLE SUPPORTING Ticket - (Includes 1 meal & 1 supporting membership)?

And does the $20 MEDALLION RAFFLE (Pick of any LIVE AUCTION Item w/limited exclusions), let me bid on 1 item or bid or all items until I buy one?

Once you buy your dinner ticket (that includes membership)you are given a bidder number.  That let's you bid on live and silent auction items.  You also need that bidder number if you get into any raffles.  The Medallion raffle is basically a poachers raffle.  You have the pick of the live auction items excluding a few items which are spelled out in the auction guide.  Hope you join us Carl, this is a good event!

Like GoldenEye said you can bid on an item you want during the live auction.  The medallion raffle is separate.  The $75 would get you your membership and entrance into the banquet.  Lots of fun games to play too.

Great.  Thanks for the info.  I'll see if I can swing it.

Anymore members going interested in joining our table?  May have a way of reserving a hunt wa  table if we have enough interested.
We have a table reserved for HuntWa, should seat 8, if we need another it should not be a problem.
No DU event that night, I'll see if I can get a kitchen pass.

I've been cleared to attend!

This will be my first time and someday I might even get to go Elk hunting.

Looking forward to a fun time with the group. Oh, is it white tie or just black tie?  :chuckle:

I will not be wearing a tie of any sort.  Blue jeans and maybe a callard shirt is about it for me.  Oh and my *censored* kickers :llam:

Looks like we'll have a full table of 8.  My grandfather and cousin will be attending also.

Wifee n I n mom will be running the penny raffle. Then sitting at the elliot table with my elk group if we get to sit at all  :chuckle:

the move will be awesome! Tons of free parking. More better food and more square footage at a better deal. Less money spent on bills equals more moneys for elks!!!

Wifee n I underwrote a rifle, my mom underwrote another as memorial to my dad plus wifee did a quilt. Friends from church did another quilt and a jewelry donation so not just guy stuff!

Camo or cowboy garb is pretty common. Its always a really funtime. I know there are more 'lesser items' this year so that auction items are not all deep pocket folks. Bidding get crazy some times like on those African hunts!
