Cow Butchering, Grinding for Hamberg.
« on: February 15, 2014, 08:31:35 PM »
I help out at a dairy farm and occasionally can get cows that are good for human consumption. He has one now that nees to be put down. I'm looking for some one who has the equipment to grind it up for hamberg and wrap it, and some one to help in the butcering phase. We can split it up three ways and split the cost of the wraping material.
There is a tractor with a bucket loader to lift the cows to get them quartered up.

If this doesn't work out is any one interested in buying any quarters, a half or the whole thing? I need to know ASAP on this one, If your intersted in one later down the road PM me.
I'm located in Arlington and the farm in is Silvana.
