Well, I caught a cat today but pretty soggy so I didn't take a picture. It pulled some mud in the trap so I had to give it a bath. Soaked cats ain't much to look at. Couldn't look at one water set, just too much of a good thing.

Have to say on the cats I think there are some that just refuse to go in a cage. I think I am dealing with a few of them now. Might be best to just move the traps but I been doing a little experimenting with them and drawing a blank I might add.

Up to 43 civets. :chuckle: :IBCOOL:

Caught these between the storms.

I had one trap washed away. Hope I can find it after the water goes down. Learn from my mistake, always tie your trap up to something solid.

Another otter today, up to 15  now. Cat traps are not producing. I think I am going to start pulling them in in preperation for taking saturday off for the winter Rendezvous.

Those would be large ones. I'm guessing males. Most of mine are 14 to 16 not including the tail of course.
If you send to NAFA they do not grade them except #1s and damaged so it doesn't really matter the size.

Caught what I thought was a pretty cat today. Kind of frosty tinge to its fur. Not pale like an eastside cat but about as good as it gets around here. A tom but not overly big.

Caught the beavers in otter sets. One of the beavers kept an otter out so a mild disapointment. I was going to pull there today but couldn't bring myself to pull it with fresh otter sign all around the spot.

I'm not sure if the calico cat knows how dangerous the bobcat would be to her. She sure seemed interested.

Last run on the East Fork Humptulips. Heck of a note when you have to tow a trailer to pick up traps. Would have been two trips without it.

The result.

I caught a bug at the Winter Rendezvous. Finally started feeling like doing something end of last week and set a few traps out Friday and Saturday. They produced these today.
