I ship with them and I have been pleased with them for years.
This first sale wasn't all that bad. Rats seemed to do pretty good. I averaged just shy of $9.00 and those were the 1st of November rats. I had 30 rats in the sale with most of them being medium and three extra smalls. Remember most critters don't prime up until after the first of the year. Mink prime up around December/January in Western Washington and Mink in Eastern Washington don't prime up until about this time of the year.
Same goes for beaver, you don't want beaver in Eastern Washington until now. Beaver in Western Washington start to look good and prime up right around Christmas to the first of the year.
Bobcats, Chuck Bailey use to say they are no good until February, that is when you will make your money on this item. I think January cats look pretty good myself up until the end of February.
For years I trapped a lot of coyotes and I would say December and January for Eastern coyotes are best, late December in Western Washington. Once they start to rub stop trapping this animal. Coyotes started rubbing in eastern WA about three weeks to four weeks ago.
There are a lot of factors that go into fur and weather and time of the years are the two biggest.
