Can't say I really know anything about the Colockum elk sitchiation, but does that sound like a good idea? :dunno: Seems pretty extreme.

Some natives take too many branched bulls, so the bull:cow ratio is out of wack.  WDFW can't change the amount of bulls the natives take, so to get the ratio back into the balance they want, the only other option is to kill more cows.
