Few know more about spring bear and bear hunting in that area than Dale Denny of Bearpaw Outfitters
(Bearpaw on here). Dale has been a great source of NE hunting information to me personally. And after meeting he and his wife and their nice facility I no longer drag my trailer up there. I stay with them and eat their good food

My first trip up there for spring bear was when my wife drew a tag a few years ago. At that time she was legally blind, short tempered and a down right fist full of personality
(and that's not necessarily a good thing).

I knew I had my hands full in trying to find her a bear. And being so far from home I realized we/I needed some help. So we got one of Dale's maps. Not only did he sit down with us and show us where most of the good spots were on the map. But he also took the time to understand Lorraine's limitations and explain where and what approach might be best
for her. One of the best $275 I've ever spent!
Congratulations to you and your daughter! I wish my father and I could have had an opportunity like that! Take lots of pictures and share them with us, please!
