My Zeiss RF will do it every time and quickly.  My Swarovski would definitely do it, but has to "think".  My Geovid HDs will do it, but not as consistently as the Zeiss or Swarovski.  The Zeiss is the most consistent/responsive.
we were in montana and had both zeiss and leica.  leica would not range in the snow.  zeiss ranged every single time!!!!

Ordered up a Bushnell Elite 1 Mile ARC. Will have a quickie review in a week or so.

Swarovski el range, it does angle compensate and I've ranged deer out to 2200 yds

So far, I sure like my Bushnell. been out to 1730 yards on rocks, 1600 on trees.

I've heard a lot of good things about those units. They seem pretty hard to beat at that price. And if you're hitting over 1600 yards on trees, I don't know what else you can ask for 95% of the time. Good score! :tup:
