Spring bear?
« on: March 29, 2014, 02:05:14 PM »
I threw out some freezer burnt hamburger to see if I could get some prediter shots on the game cam.
Terrible photo, but for the size has to  be a bear. Lower left corner first picture.

If this was one of my cameras, I would take some time clearing the brush close to the camera out of the way. The glare off the branches is over-powering your camera and may make it difficult to see animals further away. IMHO

The animal in question looks like the back of a deer or elk to me, not a bear.

:yeah: elk for sure. And x10 on the brush clearing, if you have any wind coming through that area...  :yike: have fun sorting through the 1000's of pictures, been there a couple times.

I only had 4 photo's on this camera in a 5 day period. The meat was gone.
I am new at setting up trail cameras. I thought the bait was a little more centered in the camera view when I set it up.
