To big for a skunk or opossum....and moves to fast.  Possible a cat, coyote or small deer.  Is it level beyond that tree or is there a small drop off??

 I think it's a coyote as it's moving too fast to be a cat in most cases.

I don't know your area, but if you clip very slowly through the video (remember, probably about 16 frames per second) it looks like at least 4 elk to me.  No bulls that I could see.  Really running quickly.  Look carefully about the 6 to 8 second mark.
