Lightest variable power scope?
« on: April 16, 2014, 08:31:21 AM »
Looking for a decent 2-7 or 3-9 scope that is light as possible. Any suggestions?

Leupold Ultralight 2-7x28mm or 3-9x33mm are great scopes, be sure to get tally LW mounts.

I have the 2x7 Leupold. It is a nice scope.

Depending on what your are planning on putting it on, a burris timberline 3-9X would probably work.  Very compact and light.  Leupold also makes a 3x-9x X33 ultralight.

Or a VX-3 2.8-8 x 36 is pretty light, while still having good glass.
