Defenders of Wildlife will give a presentation Tuesday on the status and management of wolves in Washington.

The program will include a review of how wolves are doing in the state, the work the organization is doing to promote coexistence tools and techniques to prevent wolf and livestock conflict, an update on the proposed delisting of wolves in Washington state and a discussion of the state Department of Fish and Wildlife’s protocol for killing wolves that are killing livestock. A question-and-answer session follows the presentation.

The program will be from 6:30-8 p.m. at State Capitol Museum Coach House, 214 22nd Ave. SW, Olympia.

Admission is free, but the group is asking people to RSVP to John Rosapepe at 360-440-1021 or jrosapepe@defenders.org.

If I want to sit for fiction, I prefer to watch Netflix. Thanks for the heads up.

Defenders of Wildlife, USFWS and WDFW were all doing the wolf push in the 1980's and early 90's. CNW has been seen as WDFW's go to environmental group since the late 1990's. Now as thing really start turning to wolf crap in WA, we will see DoW jumping in to help with the BS factor, so far they have been WDFW's silent partner.  Watch and see.

It's a say day when progressives in Olympia are bought off and believe a bunch of money backed progressives over the people who actually have to deal with the threat of wolves almost on a daily basis...........................
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............
