I've had good results with the 95gr noslers bt's. Any bullet designed for game will work with that 9 twist. I had good results in my 20" with 105's. Find a bullet your gun likes and you'll be g2g

I'll have to check the charge I use, but I think it's:

43.5 grains IMR 4350
WW Brass
CCI 200 primer
Barnes 85 grain TSX
Matthew 7:13-14

My 243 shot the 100gr Speer Grand Slam ridiculously well over a case full of H4350. It was under .5 moa out to 300 yards which is as far as I shot it.

.243 Win
40.5gr IMR 4350
CCI LR 200 primer
100gr Hornaday Interlock bullet

Has worked very well for deer. If My little girl draws an elk tag, I hope it does well on elk too!! Double check the manual, and work up to the max load. If I remember right, this load is a little under max. Shoots great in our rifles.
I felt like a one legged cat trying to bury a terd on a frozen pond!
