He sure would have tasted better. But he was not the only whitetail living there. Need some good whitetail hunters to come clean this area up. Same with Antoine Creek it is full of whitetail that need to be moved.

I am an archery hunter grew up in that area and if I don't get any special permits thisyear I would love to tag one of those whitetails. Saw one in the entiat once. Nice buck

Looks like a fun hunt.  You should have smoked that whitetail thiugh, don't need them in that country.

While I wouldn't disagree with keeping the whitetails out, no way would I use a special permit that took me years to draw to kill 1 dink whitetail buck.

Shooting whitetail bucks is pointless. They are too prolific and practically newborn bucks can breed. To have any chance you have to take out does.   For that you need the antlerless holders to focus on them or the wdfw to agree and make whitetail "any deer" for modern general.  They don't seem concerned with where the whitetails are taking root.
