What did you have for breakfast?

Cheesy Smoked Mushroom Elk Burgers
1 ½ cups elk burger
½ cup smoked Chanterelle mushrooms (prev cooked/frozen)
¼ real bacon bits
¼ cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
½ tsp Johnny’s Garlic Spread spice
Mix ingredients.
Form into patties.
Pan fry.

Looks better then my 6 egg whites only, 2 regular eggs, oatmeal and turkey sausage! Well besides the shrooms!
