It is just reflections from the deer's eyes and the cam catching the ir light from other cams.

But the ground there is flat how are the deer that high up? Reindeer?

I get images like this all the time. Depending on the angle of the camera and the distance/angle of the deer the reelections can be high, low, left or right.

Here is a video I posted last year of a bull between two cams I had set up to see how much light was emitted from Bushnell Black Flash and Bushnell Infrared.
 
Or was it two cameras at right angles?
Could it be someone turning car lights off and on?
Or maybe I got a UFO?
