Not that you should schedule around me but I have a soccer tournament that weekend

Would love to go but have a wedding to attend that weekend

If we are throwing dates out the weekend before or mid July would be much better. I've got this pesky 15 year anniv trip planned to Cannon Beach......

What kind of area/target would be needed?  Could we use the archery area from last year?

BBQ? Oh ya I am down for that. Any special requests from the pit?

What is "the pit"?  It sounds like a great thing...

Okay, the two dates we can host the bbq are posted above, either June 28-29 or July 26-27.  Please post up what dates work best for you so we can get the date set and get on with planning the throwing-axes-at-balloons-while-firewalking-and-drinking-apple-pie-from-a-keg contest!

Thanks for hosting this group again.  It probably took you at least 10 months to get over the last one!     It was a highlight of last year. 

I think we should set up some infrared cameras to catch the night-time action.

I'll have two little ones at home by then so I'll see how things pan out. End of July is probably the best for me too.

As it stands now, either date works for us. We're gonna bring a tent so if you pass out on the couch again we don't have to kick you off your own furniture 

*If anyone needs a ride up from Spanaway area along the I-5 corridor let me or Smossy know. We will be staying the night there though so you'll have to stay or arrange a ride home, but it's a long drive and we don't mind carpooling.

*We will bring a canopy and a table, to add to all the others.

*h20 - I'll look into the face painting, and see if my shaky hands will even work out to do it. If not, I could look into getting some sort of craft table setup for the kiddos. Maybe a coloring station or something with lots of coloring books and crayons you parents can have your little ones sit at.
