porcupine trouble!!!

my dogs have got into a porcupine twice in the last 2 weeks starting to get expensive I have a live trap and am just curious as to what do porcupines like or what would be the best way to get RID of him  :dunno:

In Africa they catch porcupines using bones as bait. Even though those aren't the same porcupines I'd try it.  I'd use cut apples as bait too.  Hell, in BC, I was told porcupines LOVE plywood  :o

I caught a few in Oregon. They are hard to keep out of a baited cat set.
I've been told that to catch them use a sponge soaked in saltwater.

I have caught a lot of them in my Business.
Apples with a pile of salt on them.
