Looks great..except for the veggies.. but I could be convinced to try them since they are wrapped in meat. lol

BBQ'd Tri Tip Roast with boiled baby red potatoes, then crushed with a fork and drizzled with olive oil, rock salt, garlic and rosemary. Baked in the oven on a cookie sheet till they get a little crust on the bottom. Wine too.
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

Traeger chicken breast seasoned with Jamaican spices, grilled onion and jalapenos. Made up a slaw with green onions, diced jalapeno, olive oil, lime juice and salt/pepper.  Sliced the chicken thin, added the onions and jalapenos and top with the slaw with corn tortias. My version of truck tacos.They were grub! I knew I should have taken a pic")
