How to enter Hunters ed # online?

My son just passed hunters ed and I can not figure out how/where to enter the hunters education information online. He has a WILD number and when I open his profile I don't see where to enter the information. Anyone know where to look?

The first time you have to go to a license dealer, so they can see the hunter education card and verify that he went through the course, and passed it.
