I am going off the seattle waterfront this week with my dad and kids.  I will let you know how we do.

i went out the other night off of les davis pier in Tacoma saw a few caught by other jiggers but i was unfortunate.  My uncle works down at the Point Defiance boat house and said that they have been getting a lot more in with the herring when the herring fisherman goes out, so it looks like it might start picking up.

Last time I went, my reel puked a part on the first drop into the salt....   >:(  Had to go home...no inkys.....

Hey, let us know when you hear of any significant catch, maybe we could meet a bunch of members on the dock and crowd out all those unemployed game hogs...   :chuckle:

PS, if you are one of those unemployed game hogs.....no offense intended....heh heh heh...  :IBCOOL:

Note to self....bring two rods....

Yummy, love calamari

I've never gone but have always wanted too. Maybe we can get a trip together for some members and take over a pier  ;)

That is exactly what I was thinking....

Ok, some member living near steilacom or Tacoma needs to keep up on the catch and give us all a heads up as to when we can raid one of those docks...

You can count me in, sounds really fun, mixing it up with a dock full of Hunt Wa guys and gals and squidding for hours!
