White River Wolves dont kill the messenger.
« on: April 20, 2014, 10:04:14 AM »
I saw a wolf in the White River drainage, I don't know if it was a Wolf Dog hybrid that someone released or if it wandered in from the east side it was in verry poor condition so I assume it was a hybrid that had been released, Now I've been told by a Coyote Hunter that He called in 2 this winter, I also heard from another reliable sorce that he saw one last fall.

Where at exactly? I have ran into several tracks up the west fork drainage, also had a co-worker have one run across 410 early in the morning on his way to work last spring.

Last year my brother talked to his friend, state patrol officer, who question a suspicious guy on the shoulder of410 over the pass in American valley. Suspicious guy was actually dfw , tracking 9 wolves! They Easily could have popped over to white river drainage.

Thought you'd like to know.

In 2010-2011

Fifteen wolves were filmed in Lower Wolf cr. "Methow Valley"--- the USFWS and WDFW were monitoring this pack also. The only wolves that are secret, are the ones the public doesn't know about, which at this point is far and few between.-----SS

My coworker spends a fair amount of time in that area and swears he saw a lone wolf up there.
