I have used them and they are not worth the money.  they should cost $30-40.   that is one problem with flyfishing, normal stuff costs too much.   why are ruger handguns more than Taurus handguns?   like the Taurus tcp and the ruger lcp.  same gun but ruger is more.  I have both and they are same except cost.    now that we have that bs'ed , next qn. mike w

I think they work better than regular old el cheapo fins. I hate them all and now fish out of a pontoon boat though.

That's all I got.

It all depends on how much you are going to use them. If you are an avid fisherman and going to fish lakes where you wont pack them to far they are great. They are great for fishing Tree Farm lakes. I have a couple Alpacka rafts I use for fishing, exploring, etc but they are spendy.  :twocents:

I think it's a useless debate unless you're into spending a couple hundred bucks....they're probably all about the same really. Those ones seem to look a little nicer I guess. I can't imagine there's enough difference between them to justify all that extra $$.

You can find decent float tube fins on craigslist for like $10. That's what I did last year. Used the tube twice and then bought a pontoon  :chuckle:

A float tube will only move so fast in the water. Doesn't matter what kind of fins.
