pig roast

I just put a 203lb pig on the cooker I will cook it until 5 pm tomorrow I will see if I can figure out how to post some pictures it should be good eats

Whole hog is one thing my pits wont handle. Have always wanted to cook one.

The pig turned out great and also cooked 150 lbs of chicken I was very busy but we fed 500 people I took some pictures I will try to post them
