Bald Eagle Pair (Willow Creek Taxidermy)
« on: April 27, 2014, 08:49:39 PM »
Just got the finish work done on these and delivered them today.  I have to tell you, what an awesome privilege it is to be able to work on these and bring them back to life.  The feeling Alyssa and I had just being able to be in the same room with these birds is indescribable.  They were extremely damaged due to being hit by a vehicle of some sort and ran over.  Alyssa and I wanted to share them with our Hunt/Wa family.  John and Alyssa

Very nice work.  Just out of curiosity, assuming an ordinary individual would get in all kinds of trouble for possession of those (dead or alive), who was the customer?  The WDFW or ? :dunno:

I know what you mean John. I had the privilege of mounting one several years ago for a tribal member. Increadable bird! Very nice work you two!

They went to a Tribal member.

Thanks everyone for the nice compliments!  Alyssa and I had a great time mounting them, and was honored to be able to put hands on them.  John
