Anyone else notice that every one of the Once in a Lifetime tags, except youth, all had 10 and 11 average points to draw last year? Even the units that only gave out 1 tag. This tells me that everyone with 12 or more points already surpassed there opportunity to draw one of these tags . Unfortunately I'm in that category also

Yes.  I also noticed the last 3 powerball jackpot winners were an average 49 years old.  An equally useful statistic to wdfw's average points.

Yeah, your names in the hat how ever many points you have. I drew in '08 w/10 points. 49 had 22 tags that year and 14000 put in for it.
