prep and good hot glue.  never had issues, and it allows you to tune your broadhead with ease.  if you need to rotate, just heat the broadhead with low heat until it releases, then spin.   i have tried fast set glues and they have failed.  probably my fault, but regardless, they failed.  But thats me and my
