Before and After....It's whats for dinner!!
« on: May 03, 2014, 07:50:25 PM »
Stuffed baby portabella mushrooms and BBQ chicken legs all done on the traeger.     Probably one of my favorite dinners.

Stuffed mushrooms are baby portabella; stuffed with equal parts cream cheese, three blend shredded cheese and venison sage sausage.  they are cooked for 30 minutes at 400 ish degrees on the traeger and lastly kissed with a little spicy habenero bbq sause.

Chicken legs are simple but great.....salt, pepper and cook.  400 ish degrees for 45 minutes or until internal temp is 160 degrees...then lather with BBQ sauce of choice and finish to 170.

Last but not least eat till you are sick.   :chuckle:

The Mushrooms turned out great as usual.....The kiss of habenaro bbq sauce was great additions to an already fantastic side.  More chicken legs will go on the Traeger today, I love taking them to work with me for lunch and dinner.  They warm nice, tasting as good as when they came off the grill.

Hey! I'm not a complete idiot I have parts missing. Though sometimes I wonder.

If you want to make God laugh tell him your plans.
