I have never bought from them- but these always seem to get recommended on other sites I frequent when someone asks the same question you did. Maybe worth a look?

I buy bumpers and other training gear from Gun Dog Supply they have excellent service, free shipping and its usually sent in the mail the same day it's ordered.

 :yeah:
I have had good luck with the Lucky Dog bumpers from GDS.
The colors are the ones I use and I like that you can partially fill them with water so, if you choose, they can ride lower in the water.

While I would bet you can probably find bumpers cheaper elsewhere, GDS service is spot on.

Spent most of my $$ on huntin, fishin & retrievin dogs, the rest I just pretty much wasted.

Bird Dog Supply is a really good place. Lion Country probably has them too. I make my own from old jean material and kapok. They float like a cork!
There's a reason I like dog's more than people
