bullblaster and huntnnw spring bear thread. good hunt with great friend!

Huntnnw and I left thursday for our spring bear hunt. We saw a total of 7 bears over the two days we hunted. We ended up taking 2 of them home with us! We each took 1 shot! I used my new 375 h&h and shot my bear with a 260 partition and huntnnw used his 300 wsm and a 180 grain accubomb! That thing ruined that bears day.  :chuckle: mine is the black one is mine and huntnnw got the brown one.

oh ya! it worked very well! poured rain on us for a whole night and most of the next day. we stayed dry inside.

Great bears guys.....congratulations!!.  I will be heading over to Kelly Hill later this month to see if I can notch my tag.  Sounds like you left a couple for those like me showing up late to the party :).  Been a while since I've been over that way so looking forward to getting back on the ground in the unit.

Congrats guys!  I was up there this weekend trying to fill my tag, decent amount of sign and saw one bear I couldn't manage to get a shot at.  Hopefully next weekend I can seal the deal like you guys
