Got a question on how to buy ghost points ? My oldest son is in college out of state for a couple of years , I want to keep his points up to date , does he have to purchase the license and tags and special app's ? or is there a way that you can buy just the application ?

No for the OIL categories, but he must buy a general license, deer and elk tag to ghost point in those categories.
