EDIT for picture addition.
Its 6:00pm Sat Sept 20, 2014. You do not have a multiseason tag. You are able to hunt weekends only, so tomorrow is your last hunt day for Early Archery season. Your freezer is empty, last year you rolled the dice and passed on a deer in early season hoping for something better. By late season the animals had been pushed out and you didn't see anything an ended up eating your tag.
You hunt the same private land of the same unit each year and have watched this small herd start to thrive thru good management. This is a 4ptmin or Antlerless unit. Last season there were two decent bucks, but this season you have hunted every weekend and you have not seen a single shootable buck. You have seen this herd once or twice this year, but terrain and wind was not in your favor and they busted you each time you tried a stalk.
You are 2hrs into the stalk now, crawled in and are on your knees @ 20yrds to the closest, 30 to the farthest. You have good cover behind you, clear in front of you and the group have no idea you are there. They are milling around feeding, each one providing you multiple clean shot opportunities. Your favorite broadhead is nocked and it's go time.

Now for the question, 8 deer in the herd, two of the herd are out of picture(1st year and the really large Mature doe). Your stomach is growling, you draw your bow unseen, WHICH do you shoot?

3 small 1st year animals
2 medium sized 2-3 yr olds
1 large doe 4-5yrs
1 really large mature doe
1 3pt buck
