East or West Wenaha? Are you sharing which trailhead or trails you hiked.  BTW, the flip flops and the snow--priceless!

FTF, I showed my wife the flip flops and snow photo. She smiled. I've gotten her F250 stuck too many times with her in it. Glad to see I'm not alone.

How did the packs work for you guys?

glad i could get a chuckle.
i think trav and i are both in total agreement. the layout of the emr is awesome. many different ways to pack it that will give you a different shape/size depending on where and how youre hunting. i took me a few different ways/trys as well for travis.
but it snugs down a load tight, is easy to strap sheds on, gets small, gets huge, etc.
its also the fastest pack ive used to get my spotter and tripod out and setup to give something a better look. i can be glassing in maybe 30 sec. especially while theyre also very protected. my spotter is in the wing slot, behind the vertical pocket that had my puffy in it and tripod is behind that.
