I wish I could point you in the right direction but I have hunted the east side for the past several years. This year is the first time I have hunted the wetside since before I switched to the east side. It sounds like you have been successful in building some memories with your little girl. Those memories will by far out last any meat you may get.

that is true she was with me when i got my first black tail even helped pack it out. with the move to ft sill she is bummed about losing all her friends here as well as the fish but is pumped about getting to go Turkey hunting in the spring with her own tag to fill and next fall she will get to deer hunt with the rest of us when she passes her hunter safety and the savings from her allowance for a tag. but no matter what sunday morning at 0400 she will be up with me ready to hit the woods elk or no elk . she will walk the 2 or 3 miles in and back we may be slower then most but i cant be more prouder then that i just hope what she has leared about the muzzleloader and the woods stays with her.

Thats Great! Make each hunt special to her now and she will pass on the memories and heritage to your grandchildren.
