Why is her stuff still on sticky on top of taxidermy thread?

I agree with Bearpaw that there is good info on there and think it should stay.  At the time many of us were looking for a taxi, Michelle had a great reputation.  I don't feel that the information posted is any less valuable even if a reputation were to change.   :twocents:    It wouldn't take too much research to see the current risks....  That being said, it is my hope that 2-3 years from now, all of this is behind her.  I hope she can look back, advise others on how she fought through that tough spot in her life with nothing but smooth sailing and success from there on out

Bearpaw,  I can understand your position but I must tell you I disagree with keeping her thread at the top of the taxidermy page.    I read that page and found it very informative and helpful and that is primary reason I chose michelle.   My thread is closed and down the line in obscurity.   It should be displayed as warning to others who may come to this site just as her info thread is displayed.   She has broke my contract along with many others, she has my bear, and she has my money.   She has the only bear i have ever shot and she has my hard earned American dollars.  Yes, I'm angry and I'm tired of people standing up for her and locking up my thread.    Why is she still at the top of this site even if for informational purposes?

I suspect you came on here with a few posts and attacked a long time member before we all knew there was a real problem. How do you suppose that looks?

Another update....

She did as she said and called me the next day.  There was some concern of the normal hangers and the size of the bear, specifically the head.  There also seems to be a hang up on getting the felt backing from Jo-Ann Fabric.  She said she'd call Monday to update me.

Monday came and she called   Said still an issue with the fabric, waiting for it to come in for both the goat and the bear.  She sent me pics of the bear but is concerned about making our deadline of July 3rd.  She talked about bringing it out to me 2 weeks later.  Time will tell.....

Yes, it's been too long but I have to give her credit for the increased communication.  It's an appreciated improvement.

Sorry to hear all this again,Just 1 question,LOL,What could possibly be the reason for waiting 2 weeks for fabric to come in?I go to fabric stores all the time for crafts and I ve never had to wait more than a couple days for exotics if you will and here were talking felt.

I communicated with Michelle on June 27th asking to keep me posted what day she was planning on bringing them out (to be certain I was here).  He replied, "I will".  I asked her July 3rd what she was thinking for dates and she replied, "Not sure yet"....  I've since sent her 3 text messages and left a voice mail with no reply.

I could see where it's only been 4 days since I asked her when she'd bring them out, and she might need a little more time to actually know.   But... in this situation I think a reply is necessary.

I wish I would have just picked them up "as is" a long time ago.  I have some vacation time coming and it's my intent to get them into my hands in the next 30 days.....I just hope she follows through this time.  It would just be SOOOO much simpler.

Tuesday the 8th she told me, "right now it's looking like between the 21st and the 26th".
