This would be awesome,Maybe people from other areas could set these scavenger hunts up for youth of Hunting Washington.
Good luck to all the little ones in the hunt,I would think members would meet members out their also.

Ok first off I want to thank h20 for this oppurtunity we had a good day. Started off normall daddy can can we get redbull and coffe yep.feed baby girl and we were off.nice day outside so we headed to the woods.got to the gate about 11 (girls had to get ready) three vehicles there oh well lets go. Walking in I wanna say I got troopers oldest daught has a sprained foot and youngest has a torn calf muscle (still didn't stop them and we wernt hunting) after about a mile and a half we saw huntandfish walking with his wife pushing the stroller. Awesome glad to see more people.we got to the spot about the same time sharing notes and looking everywhere (trailcamera will show that). Aftet a little while we heard "found it" right on.went and snapped some pics. Great day for a four mile round trip. Nice to meet you and your family john hope to see ya out there again.

What a great time I had in the woods today with the family! We usually try and get out once a weekend with the kids either fishing or hiking, I saw this Friday night and knew what we would be doing in the morning. We thought for sure we were to late (getting out of the house with younger kids can be challenging!), as there was another rig already at the gate, but we were out to take a hike so figured we would give it a shot. And it paid off!
What a great idea h2o, this really gives my kids even more of a passion for the outdoors, and puts such a new twist to an already fun outing! My 4yr old has already been coming up with ideas of things to leave in the woods for other kids through out the day. And we are really looking forward to doing our own kids cache! I hope that's alright with you h2o but we would really like to pay it forward and just think this is a great idea! I will post up our cache details on this thread as soon as we get one set!
The prize was a rather impressive knife in a great display case, my son wants to put it up in his room and start a collection like I did when I was a kid. The idea and the thought and quality of gift really made this a special day for both me and my family, and we want to give you a big thank you h2o!!!
And Jasonstevens it was great meeting you and your daughters! Both my wife and I were so impressed by how engaged they were and happy to be in the woods with there dad! We definitely need more fathers like you out there, especially fathers of girls! Hope to see you out in the woods again!
Stay tuned for our future cache details!
Regards,
H&F
