I shoot tc shockwave bonded 300grain sabots with 110 grains of powder and I've seen it drop two elk where they stood
I would not try to push a hard cast bullet that hard. 150 grains is a lot of powder and if you're wanting that kind of velocity go with something that's made for that kind of speed. I'd probably go with the Bloodlines if you can get them to shoot in your rifle. I would not use more than 120 grains of 777.
This is a 300gr Hornaday SST I believe 45cal with 50 cal sabots. This was removed from a 302lb cow elk shot in 2012 at about 50 yards. I shoot 90gr of 777 and magnum caps. It was almost a complete pass through it broke 3 ribs on the way in destroyed both lungs and broke 2 ribs on the other side before coming to rest in the hid. If I remember it retained all but 23 grains of weight. I was pleased hope I can do it again because I got drawn for the same tag
