Not familiar with that sight but is there a pin adjustment for it?  My spot hoggs I can move each pin left and right.

Negative , sir. It is only adjustable up and down. :bash:
I've tried contacting trophy ridge , but they said  they've never heard of this issue before. ( he kind of treated me like I was lying about it )

Is that a trophy ridge?   Looks like mine and mine is sloppy like that too.   I don't believe it's fixable. O if it is Id like to know too.

My wife has the hitman on her bow and it doesn't look like that, the pins are lined up correctly, and they don't have an adjustment left to right, I would send them the pic in an email and see where it goes from there. I don't know all of their sights but my only thought is during production pins from another model were placed in the housing? If that's even possible.....

The assumption that your lying, or him sounding like your lying isn't a positive start, but I'd just send them the pic and ask what their suggestion is?

Called again this moring and the customer service this time was totally different.  I may have just caught the one guy on a bad day. :dunno: looks like they're going to replace it no questions asked. Didn't even have to send the pic in. :IBCOOL:

Great news that they are going to replace.  I agree that it looks like a site that was built on a Friday late in the day or on a hangover Monday and someone put pins from a few different models on that site.

Good to hear they are going to make it right and customer service was more helpful today.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.
